Insurance coverage can be complex. Provide your child’s insurance details, and our team will review your benefits and follow up with a clear breakdown of your coverage before starting services.

Out-of-Network Benefits
We are not currently in-network with any insurance plans; however, we offer two reimbursement options:

Monthly Superbill: We provide a detailed superbill each month for you to submit directly to your insurance. Any reimbursement is sent to you. Payment for services is due at the end of each session.

We Handle the Claims: Prefer that we take care of billing? We can submit claims for you. A $1,000 deposit is required so we can process claims and determine your coverage accurately.

Single Case Agreements
For families without out-of-network benefits, we can request a Single Case Agreement (SCA). This is a special arrangement in which your insurance company may agree to cover services with our practice. While we handle the request for you, the insurance company makes the final decision. Approval is not guaranteed.
